For the 35th annual Mountainfilm festival, we designed the high-level donor and VIP invitation, as well as electronic marketing, print advertisements, and a new logo treatment. Drawing upon the striking assets of the featured films and the scenic imagery of Telluride, the materials celebrated the festival’s history and promoted the 2013 line-up and events—many of which sold out. In fact, the festival sold more tickets than any previous year.
Set against the backdrop of Telluride’s majestic surrounds, the Mountainfilm Festival showcases some of the world’s most important films—often world premiere screenings. The festival is home to roughly 75 films each year, presented in concert with a full day symposium, guest presentations, parties, intimate talks, book signings, and musical events. The symposium theme for 2013 was “Climate Solutions”.
